Hall Company Announcement

We started working with Granite in December of 2022 and have spent the last four months working closely with Granite through the due diligence process, and we are excited to finally announce the sale of CMR to Granite.

At The Hall Group of Companies, we have experienced rapid growth and expansion over the past few years, and we have decided to focus more on our core business and the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.

We are extremely proud of the business and the team we have built over the past three years at CMR and are happy to pass the reins on to an industry leader like Granite.

We believe that Granite will build upon what we have accomplished at CMR and continue its rapid growth as part of the Granite Group of Companies in their core market of aggregates and logistics.

We wish the new team continued success in the future and to the continued development of the business on the Island for the benefit of the business and the local community as a whole.
