Hall Mechanical Services is excited to share that we have been awarded two significant phases of the Little Mountain Redevelopment Project in Vancouver. This project is a pivotal part of the city’s commitment to revitalize the area while enhancing community services and increasing affordable housing options. We will be responsible for providing the entire mechanical scope, including but not limited to: plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression, controls and insulation.
Our involvement includes the construction of two six-story buildings and will be our largest project to date. These will encompass 48 social housing units designed to address Vancouver’s critical housing needs, alongside 70 BC Housing units that contribute further to the city’s affordable housing goals.
The redevelopment will not only provide homes but also a childcare facility and a community neighbourhood house, integral to building a vibrant and connected community. This aligns with the city’s plans, which focus on inclusivity and community enhancement as core elements of the Little Mountain site.
Under experienced leadership, our team is working with ITC and we are preparing to start groundwork in the summer of 2024. We are enthusiastic about the role we are playing in this transformative project, which will certainly have a lasting positive impact on the community and its residents.
