Oakridge Centre is located at the geographic centre of Vancouver at West 41st Avenue and Cambie Street. The introduction of significantly more residential and office space, community amenities, a nine-acre public park and arts programming will transform the site from an urban shopping centre into a vibrant, sustainable, and diverse cultural hub. The Oakridge Offsite Civil Utilities project is a comprehensive utility upgrade package that will prepare Vancouver's infrastructure to handle the demands of the high-rise towers being built on the Oakridge Center property.

Project Highlights
- Over 1900 meters of large diameter concrete storm and sanitary sewer installations with depths exceeding 9 meters
- A full municipal water system upgrade for the area
- New BC Hydro distribution installations
- Demolition of a vehicular underpass, including works to facilitate upgrades to the existing BC Hydro transmission duct bank in the area.
- Roads, signals, and streetlight upgrade package
