This site is located on Sea Island in Richmond, BC near YVR's South Terminal. The project scope included the removal and replacement of the existing Floodbox E Pump Station located on Inglis Dr just south of Helijet.

Project Highlights
- Demo and removal of existing Floodbox / Pump Station structures and piping.
- Build a temporary asphalt detour road around the northern side of our working area as Inglis Dr needs to be shut down due to the construction.
- Dam upstream water prior to demolition. Bypass pump the water around the West side of the site, under Inglis Dr, and into the Fraser River.
- Install new Floodbox / Pump Station structures as well as proposed 600mm PVC Storm pipe, 900mm HDPE Twin Storm pipes, and 1050mm HDPE Storm pipe w/ headwalls.
- Re-pave and open Inglis Dr to the public.
- Remove detour asphalt road and reinstate working zone to previous grass / vegetative state.
