Application

Applicant reviews the job details and applies.

Qualification Review

Automatic notification email acknowledging the application is received and being reviewed by People & Culture and/or hiring team.

Phone Interview

Shortlisted candidate may proceed to a phone interview and will be notified accordingly.

In-Person Interview

First and second round interviews are held with the hiring team (face to face or digital).

Job Offer

Offer is made to the applicant followed by any relevant preemployment activities.

Onboarding

New hire onboarding is held for the employee on their first day.
